Cancellation Policy

Payment is due in full at the time of booking. To ensure the best service and proper preparation, all appointments must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. Same-day or next-day bookings are not available. Please plan accordingly when scheduling your service. Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled appointment or event will receive a full refund. Within 72 Hours: Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to the scheduled appointment or event are non-refundable. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule within the 72-hour period, we will make every effort to accommodate your request; however, rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.
